My name is Amma Ukachuku and I’ve been living in the UAE since August 2017. I came out as a languages teacher and currently am a freelance English Language Instructor with the University of Wollongong.

My journey into property started at the age of 25 when I bought my apartment and has developed into a portfolio containing: Buy to Let, Rent-to-Rent Serviced Accommodations and Rent-to-Rent HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) properties.

This presentation is about how property investing has become one of my streams of income and how you can invest in property in the UK from overseas.
